The Savill Garden
Monday 1st October 2018
£27.50 All seats
The Savill Garden is a hidden gem in the heart of Windsor Great Park. Commissioned by George V, the garden was created in 1932 by Sir Eric Savill and, under the careful guidance of the Keeper of the Gardens and team of horticulturists it is as majestic today as it was then. Expect to see a rich pallet of colours as Japanese Maples, Sweet Gums and Tupelo’s set the gardens alight and late flowering perennials such as Dahlias, Salvias and Heleniums bloom throughout the summer borders. Our visit coincides with the Surrey Sculpture Society Exhibition which features sculptures from local artists in the garden.
The visitor centre has a coffee shop, restaurant and shop.
