Larmer Tree Gardens
Monday 25th June 2018
Our first stop today will be in the small market town of Wimborne Minster, where there will be time to purchase lunch or visit the minster church which gives the town its name. There is a good selection of pubs and restaurants in the town. We shall then drive to Larmer Tree Gardens, a delightful 11- acre site of majestic trees, ornate buildings and intimate arbours. Wide laurel-hedged rides radiate from the magnificent main lawn and take you to the tranquil woodland beyond. Keep a look-out for the free-flying Macaws and roaming peacocks. The Coffee Grove cafe offers a range of drinks and light snacks.
